Rafajlovski Consulting has built an experienced and coordinated consulting team led by Ph.D Goran Rafajlovski- expert in commercial law and business management.

In order to realize the projects successfully, Rafajlovski Consulting insists on inclusion of team members from the Clients' personnel who in turn will actively take part in the work process together with the members of our team. We are convinced that this represents a key element in the process of ensuring a state of full commitment and responsibility in the execution of a certain project. The knowledge of the Clients' business by the members of our team allows ultimate time efficiency, manner, and finance for both parties involved in the project.        

Goran Rafajlovski, Ph.D. Manager of Rafajlovski Consulting- certified broker with finished post-graduate management studies. He is responsible for managing and coordinating the team and functions as the chief editor of magazine Represent. He has great experience in the area of company law, obligation law, preparation of privatizing programs, and preparation of all legal acts in the companies. During his 17 years of experience, he has published many articles in the area of law. At the same time, he is the author of the book Trade Companies, establishment, harmonization, and registration in the trade registry. He is a presenter on the professional seminars organized by Rafajlovski Company regarding the legal topics.

Jasmina Rafajlovska, Bachelor of Economics-Manager of Rafajlovski Audit authorized appraiser and auditor from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia, author of several books and professional publications in the sphere of business, accounting, and finance. She also functions as a Consultant in the implementation of IFRS and IAS as well as an expert consulting in the sphere of taxes, accounting, and finance.

Vera Rafajlovska, Bachelor of Economics and a former minister in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia- freelancer in Rafajlovski Consulting. She has an established experience as an accounting and tax expert. Her vast experience is proven through the publishing of many books, in which she is the author or co-author, in the field of accounting and taxes, especially a Handbook for accounting with practical implementation of the International Accounting Standards, Handbook for Corporate tax, Handbook for practical implementation of Value Added Tax and many others. She offers her consultancy services regarding the abovementioned fields and writes texts for our magazine Represent covering different themes in the area of economy.
